Who is 1to6?

1to6 is an Australian-born company, a subsidiary of Desk & Co Pty Ltd. The Owner, Paul Andrews, is originally from Dublin, Ireland, but has called Sydney home for over two years.

When you contact 1to6 you will be dealing directly with our organisation in Sydney. We ship all around Australia as well as internationally

Do you have a physical shopfront?

Currently, we are an online store only.

How do I reset the password to my customer account?

After clicking the Sign In link on the 1to6 homepage, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.

Can I change the email address associated with my customer account?

It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address.

What sizes and colours do your products come in?

Our products come in a range of sizes and colours to suit the way you work at home or in the office. We have developed a Product Guide with detailed information to help you choose a best fit.

How do I know which of the height settings is right for me?

The original 1to6 sit-stand desk is fitted with interchangeable shelves that can be set at different heights according to your preference.

A good rule of thumb is to adjust the bottom shelf to the correct height for your keyboard and mouse and the top shelf to a comfortable height for your monitor.

If you have to flex or extend your wrists to reach your keyboard, you could be inviting a repetitive strain injury. Make sure that you can operate your keyboard and pointing devices without bending your wrists.

Depending on the size of your monitor, it should be somewhere between 50 and 100cm away from your eyes. One rule of thumb is to position it approximately an arm’s length away. The top of the monitor should be slightly below eye level.

We encourage you to test the shelves at different positions to find out what works for you, after all everyone is different!

DELIVERY

What are your standard delivery times and costs?

Currently we are only delivering across NSW. Orders are dispatched weekly on Monday and Tuesday. Delivery thereafter can take an additional 2-5 business days. Please be patient with us as COVID-19 may cause some delays.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. For international shipping, please email us at info@1to6.com to request information on shipping cost and transit time.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

We are sorry that our product was not to your liking! 1to6 offers a 7-day money back guarantee to our customers from the date the product is delivered.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• You must notify us in writing within 7 days from receipt of goods for change of mind or 48 hours in the case of damaged, incorrect or defective goods by emailing us at info@1to6.com.

• For change of mind, goods must be in saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging.
